As you may know, the Shalom Golf Classic began in 2017, in aid of the Shalom Centre for Conflict Resolution. Since then the initiative has raised thousands of pounds for the charity which seeks to resolve conflict and reduce intertribal violence in East Africa. Each year charitable businesses and individuals come together at Moor Park Golf Club in Rickmansworth to enjoy a friendly golf tournament, support the charity and help maintain peace between traditional tribal communities but the 2020 event was regrettably cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
